Projects Overview
Project Site Selection Criteria
Natural abundance of resources like power and water.
Closeness to ports, industrial and agricultural locations for optimal logistics.
Fully compliant with 45V, RFNBO regulations to meet international standards to qualify as green producer.
Standard “modular” design which enables easy configuration, faster scale up, better build quality and operational reliability.

Project Site Selection Goals
Build, own and operate production facilities that create hundreds of skilled well-paid jobs.
Responsible stewards of the environment with zero emissions and clean wastewater discharge.
Supporting the creation of wealth and development of infrastructure in communities through local tax revenues.
Flexibility of being able to produce hydrogen and also or any other derivative of hydrogen.
Project Pipeline
Texas Green Ammonia Project
State-of-the-art integrated 600 TPD Green Ammonia modular facility being developed on the U.S. Gulf Coast (Texas Region), leveraging innovative technology to supply Green ammonia for industrial and maritime applications.
Production capacity is going to be ~210,000 tons of Green Ammonia per annum. The Facility is targeted to be operational by mid-2028.
Facility shall be powered by ~800 MW of Renewable Energy assets (both solar and wind) with appropriate stabilization support via battery storage and hydrogen storage systems.
Electrolyzer Capacity - 270 MW
Renewable Capacity ~800 mw
Ammonia Plant PLF ~ 85%

Nebraska Green Ammonia Project
600 TPD (~210,000 TPA) Green Ammonia modular production facility is being developed in the state of Nebraska, USA.
Project is expected to be supplied by the Nebraska Public Power District (“NPPD”) connection backed up by appropriate Virtual Power Purchase Agreement (“VPPA”) to ensure the best-in-class product quality standards.
On ground development is progressing apace with Pre-FEED study already completed. Facility is targeted to be operational in 2029.
Electrolyzer Capacity - 250 MW
Renewable Capacity ~800 mw
Ammonia Plant PLF ~ 80%
India Green Ammonia Project
Integrated 600 TPD (Tons Per Day) Green Ammonia production facility targeted to be setup in the southern Indian state.
Production capacity shall be similar to those of the US projects, i.e. ~210,000 Tons per Annum. Majority of the production volume is targeted for export to Japanese and South Korean markets while remaining shall meet the domestic needs within India.
Facility is targeted to be powered by ~1 GW of Renewable Energy assets (both wind and solar) besides ~200 MW of Green Power sourced directly from the state grid.
Facility is targeted to be operational in 2028.
Electrolyzer Capacity - 250 MW
Renewable Capacity ~1,000 mw
Ammonia Plant PLF ~ 76%
